Connection Scan was conceived in a monsoon! Henning, an Organisational Anthropologist and Jeremy, a Business Psychologist, were working in Singapore and caught by the storm spent several hours in conversation – they connected.

They discussed recently published ground-breaking social psychological research from MIT that gave new insights into how communication patterns affect performance in groups.

They discussed how, like too much research, it was useless unless people could see these communication patterns for themselves. And they discussed Henk, an Artificial Intelligence PhD and mathematical modeling and programming expert that Henning knew in Amsterdam.
